
A multi-agency operation over the weekend led to the arrest of five individuals charged with crimes related to online child exploitation, highlighting the ongoing effort to protect children as summer vacations begin.
The successful investigation was carried out in partnership with the Mandeville Police Department, Collin Sims DA Special Victims Unit, Office of the Louisiana Attorney General Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations New Orleans, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, Hammond Police Department, and Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department in Mississippi.
The operation reflects a strong commitment to holding those who prey on vulnerable individuals accountable.
