District Attorney Collin Sims reports that on June 4, 2024, a Washington Parish grand jury indicted 16 YO Keldric Harry, 17 YO Hakheim Young and 17 YO Amaree Jefferson, all of Bogalusa, for one count of First degree murder and two counts of Attempted first degree murder.
The case involves the fatal shooting of a 15 YO male at Bogalusa High School on January 11, 2024.
Detective Tyler Lindsey with the Bogalusa Police Department headed the investigation. Assistant District Attorney Ronald Gracianette presented the case to the grand jury.
