The City of New Orleans will hold a news conference today to announce more restrictions. According to the city, new cases are five times higher now than they were a month ago. The city says it has reached 5% positivity rate, and hospitalizations are nearly equal to the summer spike. Bar owners fear additional restrictions or closures are looming.
