Slidell Man Dies in Crash

On Friday, October 30, shortly before 5:00 pm, State Police Troop L began investigating a one vehicle fatal crash on LA 433 south of US Hwy 190. The crash took the life of 46-year-old Jason A. Rodriquez of Slidell. The initial investigation revealed that Rodriquez was traveling southbound on LA 433 in a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica when he exited the roadway. The vehicle impacted multiple trees before coming to a stop. Rodriquez was transported to a local where he later died from injuries sustained in the crash. He was properly restrained and impairment is not suspected to a be a factor in the crash.
