Yesterday the Louisiana Department of Health reported 392 new #COVID19 cases. 96% of the cases were community spread. 4% of the cases were in congregate settings. People aged 29 and under represent 31% of these cases. 16% are individuals between 18-29. 18 deaths were reported since yesterday bringing the current total death count to 5,694. 612 people are in the hospital right now with 79 requiring ventilators. Due to hospital reporting delays associated with Hurricane Zeta, LDH will not be updating hospital-related data today, October 30th.
