Dept of Health Update

Yesterday the Louisiana Department of Health reported 222 new #COVID19 cases. 92% of the cases reported to the state were community spread. 8% of the cases reported were in congregate settings. People aged 29 and under represent 33% of these cases. 20% are individuals between 18-29. 17 deaths were reported, bringing the current total death count to 5,648. 609 people are currently in the hospital with 71 of them on ventilators.
