New Orleans police say two men in jail on the Northshore after being caught by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office are also suspects in a homicide that happened in the Bywater. Dylan Craddock and Cody Matthews are currently in jail in St Tammany Parish for other charges. Both will face charges of second-degree murder for a fatal shooting that happened back in August.
