Yesterday, the U.S. Sec. of Commerce extended the deadline for completing the census to October 5th. It is very important that everyone who has not completed their form take advantage of this extension. Louisiana residents now have another week to be counted so that Louisiana can receive our fair share of federal funding to improve our communities.
