The FBI is seeking the public’s help in tracking down a man who robbed a Metairie bank.
On Friday, August 4, 2023, Bank Plus located at 458 Metairie Road, was robbed by a single white male with a stocky build. The subject entered the bank and brandished a firearm.
He then held two employees at gunpoint and had them open the safe.
The subject took a known amount of U.S. Currency from the location and left the area in a late model Ford Edge (silver in color). The robber was clothed in a bluish-grey long-sleeved shirt, dark-colored pants, black gloves, a black baseball cap, dark-colored neck gator, and sunglasses.
