Miranda was here from Hospice House to talk about their huge annual event, the Crawfish Cookoff. They’ll have over 50 teams cooking in Slidell and it looks like the weather will be perfect.
Vita Dickens and Alli Cado came in to tell us about OLL’s Taste of Tammany, which is this weekend. They spoke about the event, and thanked their sponsors.
Thomas came by from Hope House and brought along one of their Champions for Children honorees, Detective Katie Ragan from the St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office. We spoke about child abuse prevention and the work that Hope House does to protect kids.
