The Hammond Police Department has made an arrest in the murder that occurred on April 9 at Martin Luther King Park.
19 YO Tylan Roberts of Hammond was taken into custody and booked on charges of Second Degree Homicide, Attempted Second Degree Homicide, Illegal Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon and more.
