Yesterday Southeastern students were informed that Northshore Technical Community College volunteered to help provide computing support.
NTCC has a learning support center with its own computer network located on the 2nd floor of Southeastern’s North Campus Main Building. The resources available there include computer terminals with access to their library databases, computer terminals with full internet access, and Wifi that can be accessed from personal devices.
Students are now able to print at no additional expense (i.e., using student prints) through Document Source from a jump drive or by emailing Document Source at docsource@selu.edu.
The learning support center will be open from 7:30am to 8:45pm on Thursday and Friday from 7:30am to 11am.
You will need your Southeastern ID.
A librarian is on site until 4:30pm, and there will be lab attendants to give you access to the building and provide you with a guest login and wifi password.
For residents, campus shuttles will run between the residence halls and the NCMB between 6pm and 9pm. Pick up locations will be Pride Hall (outside of the Housing Office), St. Tammany Hall, and Ascension Hall (at the horseshoe driveway). Any student with a registered vehicle may park in the freshman parking and Textbook Rental lots without ticketing at any point during the day. Faculty/staff lots are open to all students after 4pm.
