The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System will host a job fair to recruit candidates for administrative positions at the Veterans center in New Orleans.
The hiring event for these positions will occur from 8 a.m. to noon on May 14 at 2400 Canal Street.
The event is open to the public.
Parking is available in the patient and visitor parking garage on Galvez St.
VA representatives will conduct interviews and make job offers to top candidates. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System Human Resources team will also share information about current and upcoming vacancies within the health care system and how to apply for positions.
Attendees should bring a copy of their resume, two original forms of identification (Social Security Cards cannot be laminated), DD214 and disability letter, if applicable.
With about 45 positions to fill, Medical Center Director Fernando Rivera says they need the best and the brightest to serve our nation’s heroes.
