DOTD says asphalt work has started on LA 442 east of I-55 (between US 51 and LA 1065) in Tangipahoa Parish (Tickfaw area).
This project is expected to take several weeks and will involve single lane closures at times.
This will be alternating left and right lane closures through 6:00 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024, weather permitting, for crews to perform asphalt paving operations.
Oversized loads are restricted to 12 feet.
