On Thursday, November 30, Southeastern Louisiana University’s First Lady Misty Wainwright will kick off the campus’ holiday celebration with a 6:30 p.m. tree lighting ceremony and winter wonderland event.
Students will enjoy various wintery activities after the tree lighting, including ice skating, a giant snow globe, hot chocolate, and cookie decorating.
Students can also make their own stuffed Roomie commemorating the event and receive a beanie and t-shirt marking the occasion.
