The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for information on two brothers in connection with a residential burglary.
Chief Jimmy Travis says 28 YO Demarco Jones and 20 YO De’Morie Jones, both of Tickfaw, have been identified as the suspects of a July 1 burglary on Whittington Lane in Tickfaw.
The duo admitted to the victim they burglarized his home, and then sent the victim a ransom to get his property back, or else they would burglarize his home again.
The Jones brothers both have outstanding warrants for Residential Burglary and Extortion, and are believed to be in the Natalbany area.
