Yesterday Jamie Felder, Jr. turned himself in as of 3:30 in the afternoon.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office had been seeking information about the 28 YO from Hammond. Felder was wanted for two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, along with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and one count of Illegal Discharge of a Weapon.
Chief Travis said those charges stem from a shooting which occurred on April 11, 2023 on Old Baton Rouge Highway in Hammond.
