Creating an emotional connection through personal stories is the strongest tool for any non-profit looking to forward their mission.
That is why NAMI St. Tammany is offering NAMI Smarts for Advocacy for the first time.
Local individuals and charity organizations are invited to this FREE training to learn more about enhancing advocacy skills and shaping personal stories to impact change with lawmakers. Participants will gain step-by-step tools and hands-on practice to feel clear, confident, and ready to make a difference.
Join them Tuesday, March 28th at the Safe Haven Training and Education Center in Mandeville from 9am to noon to learn more about how to make a difference. NAMI Smarts is open to the public at no charge.
Please register to reserve your spot by contacting NAMI St. Tammany at (985) 626-6538 or info@namisttammany.org.
