
Southeastern Louisiana University’s the Lion’s Roar says all of SLU was affected by an internet outage since this past Friday.
Emails have become operable again, but Moodle and other school resources remain out. The University is working to restore these Southeastern services, but no ETA has been announced. Regardless, classes are still taking place.
All on-campus dining locations will be accepting meal plan swipes for the Mane Dish, Cub Cash, Lion’s Lagniappe and cash. Credit is not being accepted at this time.
UPD is still on duty and available 24/7 and the Lion Safe app and Blue Phones are operational.
The University Counseling Center does not have access to its scheduling software but their phones are working and doors are open.
SLU’s graduate nursing program wants students to know that their faculty will adjust assignments and exams accordingly due to the server shutdown.
The REC is still operational, simply bring your Student ID. However, no new memberships or guest passes are being offered.
