St Tammany Parish Government says the Hosmer Mill Road Bridge at the Bogue Falaya will be closed to all vehicular traffic starting on Monday, February 13 and will remain closed until the bridge is replaced, which is expected in early 2024.
This is part of the project that is also currently replacing the Million Dollar Road Bridge. Crews have been actively driving piles for the Million Dollar Road Bridge, which is expected to be completed in late 2023.
The two bridges are being replaced in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
