
Shooters Billiards and Grill in Hammond says TPSO Deputy Ledet touched many lives any time he walked through their doors, including the night prior to the incident.
Deputy Myles Ledet died of an apparent suicide.
To show their appreciation and respect for him and his heartwarming personality Shooters will be holding a candlelight vigil during business hours all day today, open to the public, for anyone to pay respects by lighting a candle for him, bringing things he liked, or just coming to sit in silence.
At 8 PM Friday night they will have visitors to choose music to play in his honor in the vigil area, as well as say a few words in his honor.
Please bring items you would like to leave at the vigil for Deputy Ledet, all items will be given to the family.
Shooters will provide tea lights for the 8 PM main vigil while supplies last.
