One Northshore family finally received closure and they were able to honor their loved one who died in the attack.
The remains of Bogalusa Navy Sailor Houston Temples were laid to rest Wednesday. His body was returned to his family earlier this week.
Temples died while serving on the USS Oklahoma, which was one of the first ships attacked that day. The ship sank and more than 400 men on board perished.
Like many others Temples was buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii.
