Keith Cotton is in custody after turning himself in Monday morning.
He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on one count of Attempted Second-degree Murder.
Sheriff Randy Smith would like to thank everyone who called in with information about Cotton’s whereabouts.
The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office had asked for the public’s help in locating Cotton following a shooting which occurred in the Kingspoint area near Slidell.
