The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested two men after they were both observed committing sexual acts in local parking lots during two separate incidents.
Austin St. Cyr (DOB 3/21/2000) of Tangipahoa Parish was arrested Wednesday (April 27) on a warrant for one count of Obscenity (felony) in connection with an incident that occurred April 12 in a shopping center parking lot off U.S. Highway 190.
Thomas Beall (DOB 1/21/1985) of Alexandria was taken into custody and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center for Obscenity (felony), Resisting Arrest and Open Container.
