The Hammond Police Department is investigating a residential theft that occurred over time and was reported in October of 2021.
During the investigation, detectives learned that Travis Anderson, 34 years old of Hammond, was in possession of numerous items belonging to the victim.
Anderson is believed to be in the Hammond or Ponchatoula area.
