
United Way of Southeast Louisiana (UWSELA) will host a regional town hall to feature a conversation and Q&A with Congressman Troy Carter, United Way Worldwide’s new president and CEO Angela Williams, and representatives from UWSELA, United Way for South Louisiana and St. John United Way.
Discussions will center around federal disaster response, ongoing relief needs and long-term recovery in the wake of Hurricane Ida.
Participants will include Congressman Troy Carter; Angela Williams, United Way Worldwide president and CEO; Michael Williamson, UWSELA president and CEO; Tod Smith, UWSELA Board of Trustees chair (moderator); Alina Merlos, United Way for South Louisiana executive director; Artis Williams, St. John United Way executive director.
