Chief Jimmy Travis says the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 29 YO Zaveral Jerard Jackson (B/M DOB 07/03/1992) of Hammond.
Jackson currently has three open warrants: 1 count of Second Degree Rape and 2 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.
