Livingston Parish President Layton Ricks says the Council voted Thursday night during the regular meeting to authorize to change the calendar day and hours for Trick or Treat in areas outside incorporated municipalities in Livingston Parish to Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The Council’s actions Thursday night temporarily set aside an ordinance adopted in 2010 to establish the date and time for Trick or Treat in Livingston Parish.
Councilman R.C. “Bubba” Harris announced that the annual Trunk or Treat event will also be held on Saturday, October 30, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at South Park located on Vincent Road in Denham Springs.
