After multiple days of oppressive heat, The US National Weather Service in New Orleans says the next few could be the hottest yet.
Heat advisories continue and will be likely needed for Monday and Tuesday for some regions.
Please make sure to take care of yourself, family, friends, neighbors, & pets. Also remember to drink plenty of water. Try to find shade often. Wear light clothing and take frequent breaks if you have to be outside.
