The Northshore Community Foundation brought together a group of medical experts from area Northshore hospitals to discuss where they are right now as they deal with the fourth wave of this pandemic.
They talked about actual numbers they are seeing in their facilities, as well as staff shortages, and more. They also urged the local community to do more to help deal with the pandemic outside the walls of their hospitals.
The Northshore Community Foundation says as a community foundation, they are working to support the Northshore and recognize the challenges put on local nonprofits by the pandemic and by unforeseen storms. They are responding on multiple fronts to help the non-profits continue to serve neighbors through their recovery efforts.
