The Tangipahoa Parish School System will be implementing sweeping technology changes in the coming months.
On June 28, TPSS unveiled a redesigned website to the public as a sneak preview. Ultimately, the website will serve as the home to a set of premier online resources for TPSS students, families, teachers, and staff.
The first stage of the new site’s development has allowed TPSS to offer certain core information for each school, but construction will continue throughout the summer so that the school system can work toward building a first-rate, dynamic digital toolkit designed to make the upcoming school year easier for all.
The redesigned site will serve as an online hub for finding updated classroom supply lists, ordering school supplies, or locating donated supplies. There will be free apps for keeping track of bus assignments and other important information. And there will be access to in-school telehealth services to help students receive needed medical care at the touch of a button.
