The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident which occurred early Wednesday (May 5) morning near Slidell.
Shortly after 1 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in the 36000 block of Fourth Street in response to a report of a shooting. A 45-year-old male victim has been transported to a local area hospital, where he is being treated for multiple gunshot wounds. His condition is not known.
