
…Ochsner Health System is offering Community COVID-19 testing this same week in Abita Springs—Tuesday, March 2, 2021, through Friday, March 5, 2021, at the Abita Recreation District 11, 22517 LA-36.
The Louisiana National Guard, in Partnership with the Louisiana Department of Health, and the Office of Public Health, will offer COVID-19 testing Tuesday, March 2, 2021, through Friday, March 5, 2021, in Slidell at Fritchie Park, 905 W. Howze Beach Road, from 9 a.m. – 4p.m. Testing is for ages three and older. Pre-registration for COVID-19 testing is encouraged by going to Health.QuestDiagnostics.com/STLOU. There is no cost, and no identification is needed. Test results are available by calling 1-866-MYQUEST (1-866-697-8378), but note that wait times can be lengthy. Test results are also available through the Quest online portal or app. No-cost testing is also available by appointment at select Walgreens locations through a partnership between Walgreens and the Department of Health. These locations offer testing 7 days a week to people ages three and older. Appointments are required and can be made at this link: walgreens.com/covid19testing.
