Unlocked Cars Hit in Denham Springs

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that at least three vehicles have been burglarized. Surveillance video shows thieves pulling on door handles and rummaging through cars in the Audubon Village subdivision on the outskirts of Denham Springs. Thieves struck around 10 cars in the area, all of them were unlocked. But the burglars were apparently looking for certain things. One family had two pistols stolen and some cash, but the burglars passed on some electronics. As of now, there are no signs of forced entry into any of the cars.
