The St. Tammany Department of Public Works will pick up green, vegetative, storm-related debris in unincorporated areas of St. Tammany, today, October, 30, and Monday November 2. Citizens are asked to please place un-bagged, green, vegetative, storm-related debris by the roadside in the right-of-way for pick up — separate from regular garbage and recycling. Public Works will not go onto private property so debris must be in the right-of-way. Green, vegetative debris mixed with construction and demolition debris will not be picked up.
