Dept of Health Update

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 823 #COVID19 cases yesterday. 94% of the cases reported to the state were community spread. 6% of the cases were in congregate settings. People aged 29 and under represent 30% of these cases. 18% are individuals between 18-29. There were 12 deaths reported to the state, bringing the current total death count to 5,507. 566 people are in the hospital with COVID and 61 of them require ventilators.
