NOLA Moves Into Phase 3.1

The City of New Orleans moved into what it is calling Phase 3.1 on Saturday. New Orleans has created three versions of Phase 3 that includes Phase 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. In Phase 3.1, restaurants can open with 75% inside seating with proper social distancing and 100% capacity outside. Bars can sell to-go alcohol only during Phase 3.1, but will have to abide by the state’s guidelines of last call at 11 p.m.
