Former Governor Foster Dies

Former Louisiana Governor Murphy James “Mike” Foster Jr. has died at the age of 90 years of age, days after he entered hospice care at his home in Franklin. Former First Lady Alice Foster said their family will miss him dearly. The family also wishes to extend their gratitude for the many prayers and well wishes they’ve received and are requesting privacy at this time.
