Over the weekend Troopers from Troop A arrested a Ponchatoula man after he was found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana on an I-10 traffic stop. Shortly before 4:30 am, Troopers stopped a 2019 Nissan Altima on I-10 eastbound near Port Allen in West Baton Rouge Parish. The vehicle was driven by 24-year-old Isiah Gray of Ponchatoula. During the course of the traffic stop and subsequent search of the vehicle, Troopers discovered approximately 110 pounds of marijuana. Gray was arrested and booked in the West Baton Rouge Parish Jail.
