As of the 4AM Update Hurricane Sally’s winds were down to 85 MPH. The National Hurricane Center says Hurricane Sally will make Landfall early Wednesday morning near the Mississippi / Alabama state line. We will see bands of rain today and a storm surge but obviously the threats are much less now that Sally is making landfall near Mobile. Alabama and the Florida Panhandle will see the worst of the impacts.
