Last night, Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller rescinded his recommended evacuation which was issued earlier this week for anyone who lives south of LA 22 or other low-lying areas. Miller said that once the threat of flash-flooding and storm surge from Hurricane Laura moved to the west, his recommended evacuation plan was no longer needed.
