Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller announced that Kelly Drive is scheduled to be closed throughout the day starting Friday, July 17, and continuing through Sunday, July 19, for emergency repairs. Miller said weather permitting the roadway will be closed between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during this construction work. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed through during this repair time.
