Numbers dropped in the last report, but the number of COVID-19 patients hospitalized in Louisiana yesterday went up again. This time 20 more went into the hospital, putting the number at 1,042. It is the highest it has been since Friday, May 15 when the state reported 1,091 in the hospital. Total cases were up 1,843. 97% were listed as community spread. 39% were individuals 29 and under. 16 deaths were reported to bring the total to 3,247.
