The Hammond Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a theft that occurred at Target, located at 2030 Hammond Square Drive.
The suspect was seen on video taking the victim’s purse, while the victim was not looking, placed it inside of her own purse, and left the store.
