Services are scheduled today for a former educator and Tangipahoa Parish School Board member who died over the weekend.
Therese Domiano will be laid to rest in services at Our Lady of Pompeii in Tickfaw.
The career educator who served as a Tangipahoa Parish School Board member after her retirement died Sunday after battling cancer.
Domiano retired from the School Board at the end of 2018, but her loss was felt at Tuesday night’s board meeting, where School Superintendent Melissa Stilley and several board members spoke about their former colleague.
