
Officials will celebrate the opening of the new Tangipahoa Parish Juvenile Justice Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony planned this Friday, May 21.
21st Judicial District Court Chief Judge Brenda Bedsole Ricks, 21st Judicial District Juvenile Court Judge Blair D. Edwards and Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller will be on hand to cut the ribbon at the new facility, which is located at 701 S. 1st in Amite.
The facility will house the 21st Judicial District Court’s Juvenile Division and ancillary services related to that office.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m.
