In Ponchatoula Police Chief Bry Layrisson says attempted murder suspect Brandy Hogan has surrendered.
Yesterday the 48-year-old Hammond man was booked on three counts of attempted murder and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
This started with a shooting on Monday afternoon in the Plum Street/Jackson Road area of town. An adult female was struck by a bullet, sustaining a gunshot wound to the head while seated in her vehicle. An adult male and a young child were also in the vehicle; however, they were not injured.
