Yesterday, the Louisiana Department of Health reported 631 new #COVID19 cases, bringing the total number of cases reported to 434,926.
Of the new cases, 391 were confirmed and 240 were probable. 99.5% of the new cases reported were community spread. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 29 (21%) and ages 30 and 39 (17%) accounted for the largest portions of the new cases.
11 deaths were reported to the state, bringing the current total death count to 9,769.
There were 543 people in hospitals and 75 required ventilators.
