Sheriff Jason Ard says back in January deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 35,000 block of Hwy 1036 (N of Holden) in reference to a shooting. Through an ongoing investigation, they learned five individuals traveled from Ascension Parish to Livingston Parish in order to participate in a drug transaction. Once at the Holden location, an altercation erupted leading both parties to exchange gun fire. This resulted in the death of Javin Augillard and an injury to a female victim who was within the residence.
Those now arrested in this incident are Colton Boudreaux, 21, of Holden, now facing Second Degree Murder charges, Davalynn Rose, 19, of Holden, Jaheim Miller, 18, Gregory Magee, 19, and Ashtin Ursin, 19 all of Gonzales.
Information is still being sought on 19 YO Jeremiah Preston of Gonzales who faces numerous charges including Accessory After the Fact to Attempted Second Degree Murder.
