Due to the forecast track of Hurricane Laura and the storm impact predicted with it, Tangipahoa Parish Public Schools will remain closed Wednesday, Aug. 26. Tangipahoa Parish School Superintendent Melissa Stilley said the district continues to monitor the progress of the storm and will make an announcement regarding Thursday on Wednesday afternoon. She encouraged the public to stay tuned to the district website, www.TangiSchools.org, as well as the TPSS social media channels for updates.
